Refund Policy for iceKore.dk

At iceKore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a refund policy under the following terms:

1. Returns and right of withdrawal
You have a full 14-day right of return from the day you receive the product. To use your right of return, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. All original packaging and any accessories must also be returned.

2. How to return an item
Please contact us at kontakt@icekore.dk within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange a return. We will send you instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend returning the item with tracking so that you have proof of shipment.

3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund. We will refund the full amount via the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take longer before the refund is visible, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Damage and defects
If you have received a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Send us an email at kontakt@icekore.dk with photos and a description of the damage so we can assess the matter and help you with a replacement or refund.

5. Items excluded from the right of return
Special products made to the customer's specifications, and products that have been put into use and show signs of wear, are not covered by the right of return. If you have questions about exceptions, please contact our customer service team.
