Shipping Policy for iceKore

1) Delivery area and method

iceKore delivers personally to the address and placement agreed with the customer. Delivery includes transportation, carrying the product to the desired location, installing the chiller on the tub, and starting up the system.

2) Delivery time

Current delivery times are always shown on the website, at checkout, or in the quotation sent to you. Before delivery, iceKore will contact the customer to agree on a specific delivery time.

3) Access and installation requirements

For delivery and installation to be completed, the following is required:

  • Clear access all the way to the installation site with a minimum width of 105 cm for the standard model
  • Access to electricity and water at the installation site

If these conditions are not met at the time of delivery, installation may be partially or fully omitted. In such cases, the product will be delivered to the nearest possible and appropriate location that the delivery conditions allow.

For specially manufactured or customer-customized models, different access requirements may apply and will be agreed individually.

4) The customer's responsibility before delivery

The customer is responsible for ensuring that access conditions have been stated correctly and that there is free and safe access to the installation site at the time of delivery. The customer must also ensure that water and electricity are available, and that the surface is suitable for placement of the product.

5) Lack of access or failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed as agreed due to lack of access, insufficient installation conditions, or the customer's absence, iceKore reserves the right to charge for the failed delivery and any new delivery.

6) Transfer of risk

For business customers, the risk for the product passes upon delivery. For consumers, the risk generally passes upon physical receipt of the goods.

7) Transport damage

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the product for visible damage. Any transport damage must be reported to iceKore within 48 hours after delivery and be accompanied by photos of both the product and the packaging.

8) Applies to B2C and B2B

This shipping policy generally applies to both consumer purchases (B2C) and business purchases (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
